Al-fresco dining is coming to one of Dalkeith's most recognisable venues.
The County Hotel, which has been on the High Street for more than sixty years, has been given a makeover by new owners Chris and Jan Winson.

Makeover

The pair have been busy at work restyling the restaurant and bar areas over the summer, provide outside tables for al-fresco coffee and pastries.

Homage

Customers can say hola to tapas dishes, Scottish a-l a-carte, and - as a homage to original use of the building as an ice-cream parlour - there will be a selection of ice creams.

The hotel's first launch event is on Friday, July 30.
