JEWEL and Esk College has announced its new boss.
Mandy Exley, currently head of Perth College UHI, will take up her role as principal and chief executive at Jewel and Esk, which has campuses in Eskbank and Edinburgh, in April.

Future

Describing the move as a 'great opportunity', Mandy said: "Jewel and Esk has a great history and a great future and with new state-of-the-art facilities and first class staff.

"I'm keen to get started and help shape the college's development and its ongoing commitment to its communities."

Experience

Tom Drake, chairman of the board of governors, said: "Mandy has an excellent track record in further education both north and south of the border.

"Her leadership skills and experience will complement the first class management team we have at the college."
