This week sees the launch of the Advertiser’s ‘Give Woodburn a Voice’ campaign.
Over recent weeks, we’ve reported the growing anger in Woodburn over its community facilities – and the fight to save them.
Our postbag has been bursting with letters from readers, furious at the council’s treatment of residents in that area.
While our normal policy is to remain objective – presenting the facts and leaving our readers to make up their own minds – we feel the time has come to nail our colours to the mast. Midlothian Council needs to listen to the residents it serves.
Let us know your views on the loss of community facilities in Woodburn. Do you support the campaign?
