Midlothian Council is appealing to all foodies to get involved in this year’s Food and Drink Awards 2015.
The awards, which started in 2012, recognise excellence amongst local food producers and caterers.
Councillor Jim Bryant (SNP), said: “This is fantastic opportunity to award our food and drink establishments who really make a difference in the local area.
“Every vote counts in these prestigious awards and I’d urge everyone to get online and get voting from March.”
Voting is due to begin on Sunday 1 March and this year it will take place online at www.visitmidlothian.org.uk
Voting will close on Friday 24 April and one voter will be selected at random to win two tickets to the awards dinner at Oxenfood Castle on Thursday 4 June.
A limited amount of paper voting slips will be available in council buildings and libraries.
