DEVELOPERS have stepped in to reassure Gorebridge that it will not be short changed by scaled-down plans for a store.
Last week’s Advertiser reported anger from residents over the way revised plans for a store beside the Arniston Rangers football stadium had been handled.
Archie Pacey, chairman of Gorebridge Community Development Trust, said the Hunterfield Road site deserved a superstore, as proposed in the original plan.
But Neil Galloway, Macdonald Estates’ development manager, has sought to reassure the community.
