Looking for something to do? Beginning in April and running right through until the end of the year, the council’s Ranger Service has planned a whole range of activities.
Come to Vogrie House on Sunday, April 1 to take part in an Easter trail that runs through the woods at Vogrie Park. Learn about birds and their eggs – and look out for the giant Easter eggs hidden in trees!
On Wednesday, April 5 come to Vogrie Country Park pond for some pond dipping, and, on Monday, April 17, make a return visit to Vogrie House for an afternoon of daft crafts and egg-rolling.
Even after April ends, the fun continues. On Saturday, May 6 discover the secret lives of badgers, bats, deer and owls, or, on Sunday, June 18 enjoy teas in Roslin Glen Country Park.
On Sunday, July 9 impress the judges by making mud pies, and on Sunday, September 24 find bugs and beasties in the River North Esk.
