Fasten your seatbelts! Midlothian comedian Eric Davidson will be entertaining audiences throughout August at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Eric’s show, Ukedoodledandy, will have audiences in stitches at his topical poetry, parody and wordplay which takes aim at modern life along with a host of celebrities on both sides of the Atlantic.

Ukedoodledandy will be staged at SpaceTriplex (Venue 38), Hill Place, Edinburgh, on selected dates from August 5.

Eric, who grew up in Newtongrange, said: “This show will differ from previous years as it is extremely fast paced, so the audience won’t have much time to take breath. However, the material will be as quirky and thought provoking as ever. There are interesting new works, including the coming US Election, as well as a couple of old favourites thrown in to the mix. I can’t wait.”

Now living in Pathhead, Eric enjoys success on the comedy and corporate circuit throughout Scotland and the UK.

Tickets are on sale from Fringe Box Office (0131 226 0000) or the venue box office (0131 510 2395).
