Dalkeith singer Derek Dick, better known as Fish, planted a tree while at his former workplace to play Midstock.

The singer worked as a forester at Dalkeith Country Park before finding fame with Marillion.
Fish was joined for the tree planting by Dalkeith’s Estate Manager, Ed Morris, and Woodland Manager, Andy Wiseman.

He said: “I have fond memories of my year working as a forester on the Estates in the late 1970s, so it makes performing at Dalkeith extra special for me and I’m delighted to mark the occasion with something that will last for years and years to come.”
