Where did you grow up?

In a small town called Winsford in Cheshire.

On a scale of 1-10 rank how happy you are with your lot. Seven.

What would it take to get this to 10? To get on the New York Times best sellers list .

What did you want to be when you were growing up? Lawyer, athlete and an author.

If you could give one bit of advice to your 18-year-old self, what would it be? Follow your heart and don’t give up on your dreams. Always believe in yourself.

When was the last time you cried and why? Today. I was reading a book with a very emotional scene.

What’s your greatest achievement? Besides my children it would be becoming an author and publishing four books within 12 months.

What three things would you still like to do before you die? Swim with dolphins, travel the length of Route 66 and get Morgan Freeman to do my audio books.

What’s your favourite food? Chocolate and Chinese food.

Where was the last place you went on holiday? My home town in England.

What was the last book you read? Broken Wings by Cameo Renae.

What’s the biggest fib you’ve ever told? I cant think of any. I have a habit of being too honest for my own good.

If you ruled the world, what single act would you carry out. Everyone must perform at least one random act of kindness at least once a month.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? Smaller feet so I could buy nice shoes.

Name three guests, dead or alive, that you’d have at your fantasy dinner party. Morgan Freeman, Oprah Winfrey and my granddad.

Who or what is your greatest inspiration? My granddad. If it was not for him I would not be alive today.

Do you have any regrets?

I regret not starting writing earlier and never getting to say goodbye to my granddad before he passed away.

What makes you see red? People hurting my family.

In no more than five words, write your own epitaph. That’ll do.
