Grant aid for Midlothian school visits

LOCAL youngsters are being given greater opportunities to learn about Midlothian’s rich industrial heritage.

Midlothian Council is to award a grant of up to £100 per primary school to help with the costs of visiting the National Mining Museum in Newtongrange.
