World-famous Rosslyn Chapel has become only the fifth recipient of a five-star Historic Attraction award from VisitScotland.

This is in recognition of the church attaining the highest standards of facilities and customer care.

Chapel Trust director Ian Gardner said: “This is fantastic recognition for the many years of hard work that have gone into making Rosslyn Chapel an amazing place to visit.”

A £9 million conservation project to restore the 15th century church and construct a new visitor centre recently came to an end.
