An award-winning Midlothian brewer is raising a glass to two new beers.
Stewart Brewing, based at Bilston Glen Industrial Estate, Loanhead, has launched Zymic, a 3.5 per cent abv hoppy, citrusy session beer, and an Edinburgh-inspired ale, Radical Road.
Zymic, which was unveiled at the Abbotsford, Rose Street, Edinburgh, derives its name for the Greek meaning fermentation.
The drink will will be available in pubs across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Borders, Fife and central Scotland during May. It will also be available in five litre mini casks online and from the brewery shop.
