MIDLOTHIAN youngsters have been taught about the dangers of playing on building sites.

Taylor Wimpey East Scotland gave health and safety reminders to children of Bilston Nursery and Roslin Primary School.

Having started development of new homes at Cameron Gardens in Bilston, the firm is keen to promote the dangers associated with playing near a construction site and raise awareness of children’s need to take extra care as work progresses.

Jennifer Allison, head teacher at Bilston Nursery and Roslin Primary School, said: “It’s great that Taylor Wimpey understands the importance of our children’s safety and has created such an interactive and proactive approach to appeal to our pupils.”
