A DOSSIER citing Da Vinci Code rapist Robert Greens as a possible suspect in the Jodi Jones murder case is to be sent to the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission.

A defence team for Luke Mitchell, who was convicted in 2005 of killing his 14-year-old girlfriend, intends to submit the document to the review body, which considers possible miscarriages of justice, as early as next month.

Greens was jailed for 10 years in 2006 for a violent sex attack on a Dutch student. The attack took place near Rosslyn Chapel, the setting for Dan Brown’s novel and the movie starring Tom Hanks.
