A support centre for war veterans is hoping to strengthen its links with the wider community by moving into central Dalkeith.
The Mark Wright Project has been running a drop-in facility for ex-servicemen and women at Hardengreen Business Park since 2009.
The charity was established in memory of Corporal Mark Wright, who died on active duty in Afghanistan, by founders including his father Bob Wright.
By moving from its current out of town base to a more central location at the end of the month, the project will cut costs and also increase its accessibility to war veterans.
Project Manager Margaret Miller is excited about the impending move to Eskdaill Court.
