Due to the horsemeat scandal butchers are noticing an increase in orders for their on the premises made goods.

Surveys are suggesting that the recent horsemeat scandal has led people to change their shopping habits or diet.

In next week’s Advertiser (March 7), we’ll be looking at the situation in Midlothian.
