Mayfield demolition firm ‘insolvent’

A MAYFIELD business has called in the liquidator after hitting financial problems.

Dalkeith Demolition, based at Mayfield Industrial Estate, filed for insolvency, placing just under 20 jobs in jeopardy.

However, employees may not be affected by the closure, because there are hopes that Dalkeith Demolition’s subsidiary company, International Waste Management Group Ltd, will continue operation.
