Online upgrade for Loanhead

LOANHEAD is gearing up to speed into the communications fast lane.

It is one of the Scottish towns that will benefit from BT’s high-speed fibre broadband service by spring 2014.

It will take the number of Midlothian premises with access to fibre broadband to around 30,400.

BT is making fibre broadband more widely available in areas which already have the high-speed technology or are due to receive it.
