Penicuik’s great outdoors

A PENICUIK school is bringing the outdoors indoors to benefit environmental study.

Margaret’s Den has become a new feature at Sacred Heart RC Primary School thanks to donations from local tradesmen and businesses.

Colena Cotter, who chairs the school’s Parent Partnership, said: “It’s somewhere else for the children to go because space is quite tight in the school.”
