In the beginning there was... haggis.

And that’s the starting point for one of the food’s greatest disciples, Jo Macsween.

The director of the famous haggis-making firm in Loanhead has launched The Macsween Haggis Bible, a book of recipes with Scotland’s national dish as the prime ingredient.
