Say yes to ‘No’ at local showing of Oscar nominated film

A LOCAL community cinema group is set to celebrate Oscars night this Sunday (February 24) with a special showing of one of the nominations.

Moorflix show films on a regular basis on their permanent screen in Temple Village Hall and on their portable screen in Middleton and Carrington.

Although the group normally screen films that are now on DVD, this Sunday in Temple Village Hall at 6.30pm they will show the Oscar-nominated film ‘No’ (nominated for Best Foreign Language film) just two weeks after its UK release.

Following ‘No’, Danish band Efterklang’s film ‘The Ghost of Piramida’ will be shown, an exclusive for Moorflix.
