Snow hits Midlothian buses

LOCAL bus services were disrupted by snowy showers on Tuesday morning.

Tricky driving conditions led to Lothian Buses withdrawing the 3A and 29 from Gore Avenue in Gorebridge.

The number 3 was also cancelled for the Mayfield loop.

As the wintry conditions continued, Lothian confirmed that it would be monitoring its services for other areas.
