Support offered to Midlothian dads and grandparents
TWO new toddlers' groups will supplement the support offered to grandparents and male carers across Midlothian.
Midlothian Sure Start has extended its service to support all grandparents and dads/male carers in the county.
Co-ordinators will - thanks to three years' funding from the Big Lottery - develop the service.
Next month will see two new grandparents and toddlers groups established. Coffee mornings will be held at Dalkeith Community Centre on August 30 and Stepping Forward, Penicuik, on September 8 to provide information about the new groups.
