‘Use sports hub’

Newbattle: Councillor Catherine Johnstone (SNP) has urged people to use the new sports hub at Newbattle Community High School.

She told last week’s Newtongrange Community Council meeting: “Newbattle’s sports hub is now up and running. With various sports clubs using it and lots of classes available it’s a great asset.

“Please use it. It’s value for money. Make sure you use the facilities to demonstrate that they are needed.”
