For a second consecutive year the Rosewell Development Trust has organised a successful 5K Run and Toddler Trot.

The route took participants around Rosewell Park, through the countryside, Shield Burn Woods and Whitehill House.

Overall Winner was David Woods with a time of 17min 54sec.

He was followed by Ross Clark (18min 55sec) and John Graham (19min 35sec).

The overall Women’s Winner was Rachel Drummond with a time of 21min 03sec.

Rachel was followed by Sarah Healy (22min 38sec) and Emily Arthurs (23min 12sec).

In addition, the Toddler Trot was open to children under the age of six.

All who reached the finish line received a balloon and a medal.

Participants were then able to enjoy the Community Big Lunch and an atmosphere created by local singer Jillian Neil.
