Locals will have their say on the future of Bonnyrigg Leisure Centre when a public consultation is launched on October 13.

Campaign group Bonnyrigg Centre Initiative (BCI) is hoping to stage the event from within the King George V Park building between 10am-4pm.

Bonnyrigg and Lasswade Community Council has agreed to plough £500 of its own cash into publicising it.
