Radio station welcomes candidates

Midlothian community radio station Black Diamond FM will be airing the views of the Midlothian Scottish election candidates.

Community Works, presented by Gordon Clayton, will be hosting the local candidates on two special editions of the programme.

On April 23 starting at 11am will be candidates for the Midlothian North and Musselburgh Constituency. And from 10.30am on April 30 the four candidates from the Midlothian South, Tweeddale and Lauderdale Constituency will be in the hotseat.

Each candidate will have 15 minutes to tell the audience something about themselves and answer policy questions relevant to the constituency.

The parties represented will be the Conservatives, Labour, the Liberal Democrats and the SNP.
