Colin Wilson clearly took advantage of some lovely weather to take this photo of Crichton Castle. Situated near Pathhead, the castle is managed by Historic Scotland.
Its features include a late 14th-century tower house – one of the oldest built in Scotland. The great hall was built around 1450.
We’d love to feature your photos of your favourite Midlothian scenes.
