Delivered to Midlothian Council last week, a petition containing 410 signatures called on Lothian Regional Transport (LRT) to review or rescind its decision to revise the service 15.

The change, which came into effect last Sunday (March 29), introduces a route from Penicuik to the south-side of Edinburgh which omits Bilston, Roslin and Auchendinny.

In order to partially replace the 15, service 40 takes in Auchendinny on route from Penicuik to Portobello.
