St. Mary’s RC Primary in Bonnyrigg has emerged victorious in a county-wide maths challenge.
P7 classes from throughout Midlothian met at St David’s High School on May 8 to battle it out.
Prizes of scientific calculators were awarded to the individual teams with the highest scores.
All pupils who participated were given laminated certificates.
An engraved glass trophy was awarded to St. Mary’s, whose team of 11 pupils were on top form.
The event was sponsored by local firm Springfords Chartered Accountants who provided the prizes.
