VIDEO: Newbattle pupils’ SQA course

The Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) has published this video showcasing how one of its awards is being used as part of a programme encouraging young people in Midlothian to consider a career in construction.

The film explores how building firm Morrison Construction worked with Newbattle High School to deliver SQA’s Employability Award in their Employment and Construction Programme, aimed at pupils who have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry.
