A TEENAGE terror gang has struck fear into the heart of a Midlothian community following a number of incidents at a popular walking route.
The thugs, described as being in their mid teens, have been targeting walkers who use a section of the old railway line opposite the Waverley Hotel, Bonnyrigg.
Incidents where members of the public have been attacked by the gang have been brought to the Advertiser’s attention.
A retired Bonnyrigg man, who is now too scared to identify himself to our readers, claims to have been hospitalised after taking a kicking.
The 63-year-old former construction worker was walking his Border Collie at around 5.30pm on Friday, September 9, when his attackers pounced.
