Both Bonnyrigg Rose and Arniston have been given away ties in round three of the Scottish Junior Cup while Penicuik have been drawn at home.

Bonnyrigg are away to Thorniewood while Penicuik travel to Renfrew. Penicuik were given a home tie against Scone.
