Bonnyrigg snooker pro Michael Leslie has qualified for the last 64 of the International Championships in Chengdu, China.

Leslie will head east later this month, after a 6-4 qualifying victory over world number 48 Jimmy Robertson at the Metrodome in Barnsley last week.

The opening two frames were shared, with Leslie winning the first frame with a break of 52 and Robertson responding with 49.

Leslie then produced some great snooker to win four frames on the spin, making breaks of 40, 53, 108 and 89 to lead 5-1.
