Gabriella is aiming high

Following her successful participation in the three rounds of the Scottish Youth Climbing series held in Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow, local schoolgirl Gabriella Stewart (11) has progressed to the finals of both the Scottish and UK Youth Climbing competitions in the category for 11 ' 13 year old girls. The Paradykes Primary School pupil is looking forward to competing in the Scottish final to be held in May at the Edinburgh Climbing Arena at Ratho and the UK final in Wolverhampton in June. She will also be competing in Imst, Austria, at an International competition at the beginning of June
