Former Penicuik High School pupil Sarah Law has been called-up by Scotland to take part in her third Six Nations Championships.
The 20-year-old Murrayfield Wanderers player has 13 caps for her country and looks set to add to her collection in this year’s tournament, starting against France in La Roche sur Yon on February 7.
She said : “I’m delighted to be involved in the squad again this year.
“I have played in a couple of Six Nations, it’s a fantastic experience to be involved with your country. I’ve had a fantastic couple of years.
“I absolutely love playing for Scotland, it’s what I have dreamed of since I first picked up a rugby ball.
“It’s a great opportunity to play for your country, I love every minute of it.
“It’s what I worked for so it’s brilliant to be given that chance.”
