On a lovely early spring afternoon, Whitehill welcomed Leith Athletic to Rosewell in the East of Scotland league.
In front of the watching SFA President Campbell Ogilvie, the two sides served up a cracker.
Whitehill have won their last four games, however, it was a slow start to the game against their lowly opposition.
After 21 minutes, the deadlock was broken when the ball was rolled inside to Leith’s Steven Lynch, who struck a lovely shot outside the box, which flew in past Darren Walker’s outstretched right hand.
Things almost got worse for Whitehill, as Leith headed just over with the goal gaping, before Dayne Robertson squandered a great chance to equalise.
A minute later came a huge moment in the game. With Darren Walker rounded, a Leith forward had the goal at his mercy only for Robertson make a block on the line.
