East Fortune race circuit will be busy this weekend when the Melville Motor Club hosts a further two rounds of the Scottish Championship at the fast and flowing 1.65 mile track.

Roaring into action will be a large number of motorcycles and sidecars in what promises to be a packed race programme.

The current 600cc and 1000cc Scottish champion, Danderhall’s Michael Robertson, will be looking to pick up where he left off at Knockhill a fortnight ago and will battle it out with Torquil Paterson and Bruce Birnie in the Scottish Superbikes’ class. Paterson raced in the British Superbikes at Brands Hatch last weekend where he just missed out on a podium place in the Harley Davidson class.
