A film festival has been arranged for pet owners and their dogs in the Capital.

A film festival has been arranged for pet owners and their dogs in the Capital.

Dog-themed films are coming soon to Summerhall, including 101 Dalmatians, Homeward Bound and Isle of Dogs.

There will also be cult favourites, such as Christopher Guest’s Best in Show, as well as Wallace & Gromit with four half-hour specials of Aardman’s duo.

Tennis balls and bean bags will be at the festival to keep tails wagging.

The event takes place every Friday and Saturday from March 6th until the 21st.

A description of the festival reads: "Featuring on-stage tennis balls and bean bags, CineHall’s Dog-Friendly Film Festival for all the family celebrates our species’s best friend."
