Moët & Chandon celebrates 150th anniversary with champagne cinema screenings in Edinburgh

Fizz and films have gone hand in hand for years, so it's only fitting that champagne house Moët & Chandon celebrates 150 years with a range of special cinema screenings in the Capital.

Taking place at The Scotsman Picturehouse, Moët & Chandon are inviting champagne lovers to rediscover the magic of film with special screenings throughout March.

Premiering on Sunday the 15th of March with a screening of The Great Gatsby, of which Moët & Chandon was the official champagne, the Moët Icon Series includes a mid-week treat package every Wednesday – starting on the 18th of March – which runs for ten weeks.

Inviting guests to toast the glamour of the big screen, the ticket price for this cinema treat package and screening of The Great Gatsby is £19.95 and includes a glass of Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial champagne.

The Scotsman Picturehouse will also be celebrating Mother’s Day with a special afternoon tea and cinema experience. Priced at £29.95, guests can enjoy a traditional afternoon tea in the Grand Cafe (including a glass of Rosé Impérial) before sitting down to watch The Great Gatsby.

Completing the Moët Icon Series, The Scotsman Picturehouse are serving two new cinematic-inspired Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial cocktails; The Rising Star and The A Lister.

Priced at £11.95 each, they will be available from now until Mother’s Day, which falls on Sunday 22nd March.
