Banisters polished and beds made as hotel staff make last minute preparations before Edinburgh’s Prestonfield House throws open its doors tomorrow.
From Wednesday, July 15, all holiday accommodation is able to reopen - along with museums, galleries, cinemas, monuments and libraries.
Pictures show dedicated staff fussing over the final touches needed before welcoming guests back after almost four months of lockdown.
