Midlothian-based NWH bolsters sales and marketing team to drive growth
Midlothian-based waste recycler NWH Group has marked the easing of lockdown restrictions with the announcement of several key appointments.
The appointments are: Nicola Williams as group sales & marketing director supported by Dougie Neil, head of sales; Jamie Campbell, head of account management; and Kat Mutch, marketing and brand manager.

Nicola has been with NWH Group for the past six years having previously run her own successful property management business. Her sharp business acumen and focus on customer service will ensure her team is always aiming high with customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Responsible for the delivery of the new customer sales, Dougie has vast construction industry knowledge and brings with him excellent leadership skills and 16 years of experience within NWH Group.
In addition, Jamie Campbell, head of account management, has been invited to join NWH Group’s operational board. Since joining the business in 2018, Jamie has quickly advanced up the ladder having joined as a Business Development Manager, moving into tenders then promoted to Head of Service Delivery.
In his current role, Jamie leads the account management and order processing teams ensuring customers receive a high-quality and consistent service every time.
