These are the shops still open at the Gyle Centre during coronavirus lockdown

The Gyle Shopping Centre has closed all non-essential retailers in line with the government lockdown announced on March 23.

However some shops providing essential services, as per the government guidelines, will remain open.

These include Marks and Spencer, Morrisons, Boots, Superdrug, Holland and Barrett and Bank if Scotland.

Some of these outlets have made changes to their opening times or access arrangements.

Marks and Spencer will be open 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 7pm on Sunday.

From Monday to Thursday the first hour of shopping is open only to vulnerable shoppers and those over 70.

The first hour on Tuesday and Friday is for key workers and blue card holders.

Entrance to the store is through the Marks and Spencer doors only.

Morrisons is also open 8am to 8pm.

From Monday to Saturday, the first hour is dedicated to NHS staff.

Access is through the West Mall entrance.

Boots, which can be accessed through the main door, is open Monday to Sunday from 8.30am to 6pm, with a closure for lunch between 1pm and 2pm.

Superdrug is open 9am to 5pm.

Holland and Barrett is open 10am to 4pm, and Bank of Scotland is open 10am to 2pm.
