Those entering Scotland from other countries are currently required to quarantine for two weeks, though those travelling to England from specific countries including France and Germany will now no longer need to.

The full list of countries that are considered ‘reduced risk’ and will be allowed to fly into England without quarantine will be released on Friday.

England is the only UK country to ease travel restrictions, with Wales and Scotland stating they have not yet made a decision, and Northern Ireland stating that the travel restrictions will remain in place.

The quarantine came into effect in early June to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
