While the menus have not been published online yet, The Dome has said that they will be available to view online from July 4.

In a statement on their Facebook page regarding the reopening, The Dome wrote: “The 14 George Street you all know and love is a place that you can let your hair down, forget your worries and get back to life as you know it.

“We create magic by proximity, not by distance. We create joy from smiling, not hidden behind masks. We find love in the restaurant, not behind yellow lines and we can't wait to welcome you back to our famous Dome and Rose Street Garden.

“The safety of our staff and customers is our top priority therefore we have introduced new measures such as; hand sanitisation on arrival, contactless ordering, regular sanitisation of all surfaces and toilets, table service only and no service from the bar, full details available on our website.”
