Licencees Yvonne and Trevor Spence have purchased and put up two spacious marquees in the pub garden with the tables laid out so that customers in different groups can still socialise together. They have also created a dedicated area for older customers and those feeling particularly cautious. The pair have added 70 seats outside so that they can now accommodate 115 people in the garden.
