Recommended restaurant: Edinburgh Minto Hotel

The Edinburgh Minto Hotel’s stylish Polo Lounge certainly attracts a regular crowd who enjoy the quality bar food on offer.

The restaurant offers tasty, traditional and value for money bar lunches and suppers, which are available daily from noon to 9pm. Its head chef also dishes up daily specials, to keep things interesting.

The Edinburgh Minto was completely refurbished not so long ago and the Polo Lounge makes for a relaxing and comfortable environment to enjoy anything from a business lunch – there’s private parking – a family meal or a get together with friends. And on a fine summer’s day, the private terrace will be an ideal location for some alfresco dining and drinking.
