Scottish property website ESPC has revealed the most viewed properties in and around Edinburgh from last month.
Most of the houses and flats are located in the Capital, however, some are further afield, in East Lothian and Fife – suggesting that some buyers are keen for more rural properties away from the city. The housing market is moving fast in the area, as several of the homes featured are now ‘under offer’.

This historic tower house, which is believed to date back to 1880, was another popular property with Edinburgh buyers in May. The C listed building, which once formed part of Kirkliston Distillery, is now a three-bedroom residential property spanning five floors.
