PENICUIK: Protests by residents against Edinburgh Crystal’s plans to develop in a playing field in Ladywood continued at the weekend.
MIDLOTHIAN: Delays in completing the contracts for the £70 million Midlothian schools’ PPP programme will have a knock-on effect in the handover of the new buildings, it has been confirmed.
