Police are appealing for witnesses following a spate of thefts of quad bikes and Landrovers across Midlothian.
The majority of thefts have occurred within rural settings such as working farms and stables.
Police Constable Gordon Millar of Police Scotland said: “We are appealing for any information on any of these thefts that have taken place.
“They range from houses being entered and the true key of a vehicle being stolen, to thieves simply pushing a quad bike away from a locus and thereafter stealing it.”
Members of the public should contact Police if they have seen any suspicious vehicles in rural locations or if they have seen quad bikes being transported or towed on the roads
